Tessa + Beau {Frontier Ranch, Nathrop Colorado}
Frontier Ranch is not typically a wedding venue. Tessa’s father has worked there for years. As a little girl she always dreamed of having her wedding there. Her dream came true this year on the only open weekend they had between camps on May 31.
With lots of help from the bridal party they turned 3 building of the ranch in to a wedding venue. Paper lanterns covered the ceiling and floor of the ceremony site, with a mountain view behind the couple. Happy hour was held in the game room and patio overlooking the Arkansas River Valley in one direction, Mt Antero in the distance and Mt. Princeton behind. Guest even got to watch a mountain goat roam the chalk cliffs. Dinner was served in the dinning hall. With Settings Photo Booth and dancing following for entertainment.
At dusk we we had a wedding crasher come into camp. A black bear just out of hibernation. Wonder the grounds while guest admired him from afar.
The night ended with a sparkler exit and off to town for the wedding party to have a late night after party at The Boathouse.
Settings Event Rental provided the photo booth and day of direction.
Angela + Shane Moore’s Wedding {Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort}
This wedding is long over due to be posted. Angela and Shane were so fun to work with! Great ideas, brilliant colors and a lot of DYI elements and touches. Lavender grown in their back yard was used to tie on the ceremony chairs. A tree that was cut from the yard of their new home was used as a wishing tree to hold wedding wishes from their guest.
SER was fortunate to be largely involved in their day. White Resin Chair Rental, Chair Cover Rental, Linen Rentals, Photo Booth and Day of Direction.

Another great wedding at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort. Heather and Rick were fun to work with. Very organized and they knew what they wanted.

From event planning and set-up services to quick fixes on day of an event, this package can be tailored to meet specific needs and locations. We give you practical advice and solid service. Our Day of Direction Package can either be a 1 or 2 person team depending on the amount of help and work that needs to be done.
Examples of our services within this package are:
- Aid and planning prior to the event like advance meetings, phone calls, emails, recommendations, vendor relations and creation of event day schedule.
- Assistance at event rehearsal or walk through activities.
- On-site supervision and support on event day. Settings Event Rental will assist client as planned, supervise service professionals and coordinate the event during the day.
- Special 10% discount for rental items offered by Settings Event Rental. Excludes specific re-rent items and photo booth.
This Day of Direction package is a must have. It’s simple, affordable and most of all makes your day more fun.

Lauren & Brian’s Wedding {Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort}
Lauren and Brian were so much fun to work with. We had several roles in their wedding. Chair Rental, Sound equipment, Lights, and Day of Direction.
Lauren was planning the wedding from Washington DC and decided to keep it simple, fun and have a GREAT band! The food at Mt. Princeton was Lasagna, caesar salad and garlic bread. It was delicious!
Michelle Gapp with Kalamatapit Katering did several different flavor cakes for the cake table.

Cara & Jeff {June 2, 2013, Stoney Spring Ranch & River’s Edge}
Congratulations to Cara and Jeff High! What a great wedding here in Salida. They had a 3 day event with friends and family. Cara and Jeff use to live and work in Salida and knew so many people here. It was the biggest wedding we have done.
Settings was very involved in the 3 day event. Rentals: tables, linens, napkins, dishes, glassware, sound system (we ran it off our new batteries), wooden benches, chairs, Day of Direction. Cara and Jeff used our 2 person team Day of Direction to make sure everything ran smoothly and all they had to do was get ready and enjoy their family, friends and each other.
The ceremony and cocktail hour was at Stoney Spring Ranch outside of Salida, Colorado. They then tossed the garter and bouquet from the raft and floated down the Arkansaw (my favorite part).
The reception was held at River’s Edge in Salida.

Jennifer & Jedd {June 1, 2013, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs}
Congratulations to Jennifer and Jed. They had a beautiful ceremony and reception at Mt. Princeton Hot Spring Resort in Nathrop Colorado.
Settings provided chairs, sound system, lights around the pavilion and Day of Direction.

April & David’s Wedding – Salida SteamPlant
April & David had so many hidden and special touches to their wedding that only their closest friends and family knew about.
Putting the programs in bottles(the bottles for the guest to blow on the tops after they said “I DO”) and then in “Jane” David’s raft(who is named after his grandmother), canning jars from David’s mom, cake cutter from Aprils parent’s wedding, favorite winery Holy Cross from Canon City, table numbers(we loved them so much we bought them) and an Arch made by David’s Dad, pumpkin pie that David’s mom made from pumpkin his dad grew, pecan pie that David’s mom made, April’s favorite Apple Pie, the band were friends of the couple. These are just the few things that I knew about.
April’s brother had the BEST TOAST I’ve heard all season. He made you really feel like part of the family and know the “brother” side of how BL got to know his sister.
I was a busy day for Christopher and I. We not only did the Day of Coordination to make the day run smoothly and take all the worries and stress from Denise and April, we also did the chairs, napkins, china, silverware, photo booth, picture bookmarks.
